Shipping is calculated by order weight with additional rural rates and excess rates where applicable as follows:
Waiheke Island: Base rate + $5.50 rural fee
North Island Excess (over 25kg) per 5kg – $5.00
North Island Rural Delivery – $5.50 per shipment
South Island Excess (over 25kg) per 5kg – $5.00
South Island Rural Delivery – $5.50 per shipment
If you live in at a rural address you must select the Rural Delivery option in the checkout for your item to be delivered. Unfortunately we must charge this additional fee as smaller courier operators are sub contracted by Post Haste partners.
Each product page supplies its own estimated shipping time, but please understand that although we’ll dispatch on time, we can not control any possible delays once it has left our facility.
