1: Do you send a proof of my artwork before you go to print?

Absolutely! All clients receive a artwork proof prior to production to ensure you are happy with the design and spelling. Once we receive your approval, it’s all action from there. Please note that changes to a design after we have received approval may incur a re-design or re-printing charge.

2: We’re having a themed party, can you supply a sweetie, chocolate or Sweet Station to match?

Whatever the theme, we can create a custom wrapper, box, bag, label, display or Sweet Station to match. From Game of Thrones, Orient Express, Space Invaders Or Old MacDonalds Farm – we great a ‘sweet pa-pow’ to get your guests or clients giggly with excitement!

3: My event is not for a few months, can I book a shipping / event hire date later in the year?

Absolutely! You will notice on the product, there is a field called “Preferred Dispatch Date” – simply enter the date you would like us to dispatch your order and we’ll schedule your request to be done at this time. Please ensure you allow for courier delivery timeframes.   Your order will not arrive on this date.

4: What is the minimum order?

While we can handle orders of 10,000+, we also cater for smaller events.  Our minimum orders are slightly different per product with chocolate bars starting from x24 and other products such as candy floss starting from x12. Custom candy is again slightly different per product. 

5: Can you create a custom designed candy?

Why yes we can! We may not have umpa-lumpa’s, but we have a talented crew and network of candy makers.   Custom gummy shapes and flavours, rock candy with logo or text, heart candy and mints with logo, image, text or emoji, custom flavoured marshmallows.  Drop us a line at info@foxysweetie.co.nz to discuss your sweetie dreams!

6: Do you supply Sweet Stations outside of Northland?

We can and we do!  Our Sweet Stations are next level and we simply need to share!  There is a travel fee but we do our best to keep this as cost affect as possible.

7: I can’t find what I’m looking for, can you supply additional options?

We absolutely can! We have suppliers based all over the globe and can source the perfect candy and/or packaging option to suit your needs.

8: I need to send to multiple recipients, how do we order?

For orders requiring delivery to multiple recipients, please contact info@foxysweetie.co.nz for a order form.
